1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

AfroCom strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, possession, distribution, solicitation, or promotion of content that exploits or endangers children. This includes but is not limited to:

• Any sexually suggestive or explicit content involving minors.

• Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child exploitation or abuse.

• Grooming, solicitation, or communication with a minor for exploitative purposes.

We are committed to safeguarding children and ensuring that AfroCom remains a safe space for all users.

2. Reporting Mechanism

AfroCom empowers all users to actively report any content or behavior that appears unsafe, exploitative, or inappropriate for children. This includes:

• In-app reporting tools for posts, profiles, or media suspected of violating child safety standards.

• Ability to block and flag users or content that seem exploitative.

All reports are reviewed promptly by our dedicated Trust & Safety team.

3. Enforcement Process

When AfroCom becomes aware of any CSAE content or behavior:

• Immediate action is taken to remove the content.

• The user responsible receives a warning for a first violation.

• A second violation may result in a temporary suspension.

• A third violation leads to permanent account termination and a ban.

We will also report credible CSAE cases to appropriate law enforcement or child protection authorities as required by law.

4. Legal Compliance

AfroCom is committed to full compliance with international and local child protection laws and regulations. This includes the laws of all regions where AfroCom operates or is distributed via the Google Play Store. We also support law enforcement agencies in investigations related to CSAE.
